We hope everyone is having a great October with a Spooky Halloween coming up next week. We have some BIG UPDATES coming very soon regarding the status of production. We just want to make sure we get full confirmations where all the various pieces are art before we do.

REWARD ORDERS LOCK SEPTEMBER 30TH - Here's what that means, and what's next

As of now, over 85% of all backers have filled out their surveys on Backerkit, but there are over 100 backers we still need to hear from. 

IMPORTANT:

There are a few top tier SteelBooks that weren't paid for in Kickstarter. If you have one of them, please still out your survey. You can still pay for your rewards in Backerkit. If any are not paid for by next week, we will open those copies up for others who might want a low number. 

At the end of this week on September 30th, we will lock the orders on Backerkit. Here's what that means: 

• You filled out the survey from Backerkit
• We have your shipping address confirmed
• We have your rewards confirmed
• We have your add-ons confirmed
• We've applied add-on shipping
• You selected your shirt size (if purchased or included), autograph preference  (when included in a tier), IMDb Credit name (if added on or included in your tier)

Do I need to fill out a survey? 

• We can't get you your rewards without confirming your cart via the survey on Backerkit. Locking the orders tells us who is completely confirmed. 
• Even if you're only getting digital rewards, we still need you to confirm your order so we know we have all of your info right, including your email where we will communicate digital rewards. 
• This also lets us know how much of any one item we need to prepare to order the add-ons for everyone, and to prepare the distribution of them. 

What if I didn't get my survey, or have an issue with the info on it?

• No problem, let us know and we can help. Even if your order locked, we can still assist you with errors.
• If you think any info is missing on the survey in regards to your rewards, just let us know. We compiled info for add-ons like the IMDb credits using a different survey that was sent out to backers who purchased.
• Email us at [email protected] for assistance with your order. Please give us as much info as you have to your question (i.e. need the survey link, have shipping questions, item/reward errors) and allow for up to two days for a response. We promise we can get to a solution on any question on your cart, even after orders are locked. If you see something you're not sure about, we can help you! 

What comes next?

A week after the orders are locked, the system will automatically charge the card you have on file for any remaining balance you have. So please make sure you get your survey filled out and reach out with any questions.  

If my order is locked, and my balance is paid for, can I still add more items?

Totally! You can still pre-order items through Backerkit while supplies last.

EVERYTHING IS IN MOTION!!!

By now, everyone should have received an email from the campaign site BACKERKIT with a link to provide your shipping address, confirm your rewards and add-ons, choose from additional add-ons, select shirts sizes. Make sure you fill out this survey if you haven't yet, and feel free to message us or email us at [email protected] if you didn't get your link, have a question, or need to update any information. See below for some FAQ's regarding Backerkit. 

GOOD QUESTIONS - DECENT ANSWERS:

Where did you send the survey link? The survey was sent via the Backerkit website to the email you used for your kickstarter account. Having trouble finding the email with the link? No problem, let us know we can send you another one. 

Do I have to fill out a survey? If you are receiving physical items from us, you do need to fill out the survey! This is where we will get your mailing address to ship your rewards, you can pick your shirt size if you added a shirt to your rewards, and you can select more add-ons if there's been something you wanted but didn't add it during the campaign.

I already paid on KICKSTARTER, do I need to pay again? No, if you've paid for your SteelBook and shipping, your payment will carry over and you will not be charged again. However, if you purchased any add-ons that indicated shipping would be applied after the campaign, you will now be able to pay for those charges. This also gives you the chance to add on additional items without paying for multiple shipping on top of your original add-ons. 

Can I buy extra SteelBooks or Autograph Upgrades? Yes, you can add-on more SteelBooks as well as add an Autograph Upgrade to have Director Steve Wolsh sign the cover of your SteelBook(s) as an add-on. The survey will show you all of the available add-ons that you can still purchase. 

I had an issue paying on KICKSTARTER, will I lose my rewards? No, we've got you covered! All backer carts have been moved to BACKERKIT, so you can still pay for your rewards, or add news ones to your cart before they ship! Let us know if you need help. 

When do I need to finish this survey? We ask you complete it by Monday the 25th so we have enough time to organize all of the rewards that we need and prepare our fulfillment plan for both domestic and international backers. 

I know someone who didn't back the KICKSTARTER, can they still participate? Yes! The BACKERKIT website allows for new pre-orders. As long as we have the items available, we'd love you to share the link for friends and family who might also love FOG CITY and Physical Media!
